Jacquemontii' is a deciduous tree that has vigorous growth and brilliant white bark on the trunk and larger branches. Foliage is ovate and turns yellow in the autumn, it also produces yellow-brown male catkins to 12cm long open in early spring.
Betula trees can be grown in a wide range of situations. Most effective when planted in small groups or as a multi-stemmed specimen. Can tolerate all aspects and can tolerate either full sun or partial shade.
